  • What is Pools Membership?

    Pools Membership grants members the privilege of enjoying unlimited admissions to all our betting centres.

    Subject to the operating hours, capacity and admission rules as stated at our betting centres.

  • How long does the membership last?

    Membership is valid till the date as stated on your membership card.

  • Is there a pro-rated membership fee option available?

    Pools Membership fee is a fixed fee applied for the membership period.

  • What are the benefits of the membership programme?

  • How is the date of membership expiry determined?

    The membership expiry date will be offered based on your selection (3 months or 12 months) from the date of payment. Note that Singapore Pools may vary membership validity or expiry dates at its sole discretion, for instance, at the launch of the membership programme or for designated members. Please review your selection carefully before finalising payment.

  • Can I use Pools Membership for online betting?

    Online betting is only available through an activated Singapore Pools Account. The Pools Membership only grants members to unlimited admission across all our betting centers.

  • Do I need to sign up for Pools Membership if I already have a Singapore Pools Account?

    While having a Singapore Pools Account allows you access to online betting, to enjoy the privileges of unlimited admission to our betting centers, you will need to sign up for Pools Membership. You can submit membership application via our Pools Membership homepage.

Pools Membership Application

  • How do I apply for a Pools Membership?

    You may visit Pools Membership homepage and sign up with SingPass. If you do not have Singpass, you can select manual form sign up option.

    For assistance to sign up, visit any of our betting centres with the following:

    • Your NRIC/FIN. For FIN ID, proof of address is required.

    • A recent digital profile photo image

  • What are the acceptable documents for proof of residential address?

    The following are accepted documents for proof of residential address:

    1. For documents dated within 3 months from date of issue - Bill, statement or letter from HDB, Service and conservancy bill, or letter from Town council/ Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST), bank, MAS-registered financial institution, insurance provider, cable TV, telecommunications/ internet/ telco, utilities service provider.

    2. For documents dated within 6 months from date of issue - Tenancy agreement for residence.

    3. For documents dated within 12 months from date of issue - Bill or letter from LTA (e.g. road tax), IRAS (e.g. income tax or property tax), statement or letter from CPF or other government agencies.

  • What are the prerequisites to apply for a Pools Membership card?

    To apply for Pools Membership, you must be at least 18 years of age and have not received an operator exclusion notice by Singapore Pools or a prohibition notice by the Singapore Turf Club.

  • How much does Pools Membership cost?

    You can find the prevailing membership fees and rates at Pools Membership website.

  • What are the payment methods for Pools Membership?

    We accept PayNow and NETS for payment of Pools membership fees, including renewal fees.

    Instructions for NETS payment:

    1. Visit any betting centre (gate admission).

    2. Login via Pools Membership homepage.

    3. Show your personal details and membership fee payable on the payment page to our service staff for processing of payment.

    4. Use your bank ATM or debit card to complete NETS payment.

    5. Logout from Pools membership website.

    6. Login via Pools Membership homepage 10 minutes after NETS payment processing to start using your digital member card.

    Instructions for PayNow (online payment):

    1. Login via Pools Membership homepage, follow on screen instruction to generate PayNow QR on the fee payment page.

    2. Launch your banking app. Use "Scan and Pay" or "PayNow" to scan the PayNow QR generated on Pools membership fee payment page.

    3. Complete payment on your bank app. For successful payment, you will receive confirmation from Stripe Payments Singapore Pte. Ltd instantly.

    4. Return to Pools Membership homepage to start using your digital member card.

    Note: Each PayNow QR code generated will expire after 1 hour. Complete payment within 1 hour. If the QR code has expired, please refresh the browser to generate a new QR code for payment.

  • How long does it take to process my membership application?

    It may take up to 3 working days to process the membership. However, processing may be delayed if we do not receive the required documents for your application or if payment for the membership fee is not received promptly.

  • How do I collect my Pools Membership card?

    Your digital Pools Membership card will be available after we have processed your application and confirmed receipt of payment. Access your digital membership card online after login at Pools Membership homepage.

  • I accidentally paid my membership fee twice. How soon can I expect a refund?

    We will process the refund immediately after investigation is completed. However, the refund may take 3 to 5 working days to be credited to your bank account. For assistance, please contact Customer Service at 6786 6688.

  • I have submitted my Pools Membership application. When can I start using the membership?

    Please allow up to 3 days for processing. You will receive an SMS after processing is complete. You can access member benefits after making payment for membership fee.

  • Why is it mandatory to opt-in to preferred mode of communication?

    Members may opt-in to any one or more preferred mode of communication offered. Singapore Pools will only contact you for necessary purposes including providing products and/or services to you under the membership programme.

    Singapore Pools reserves the right to terminate your membership if the withdrawal of your consent relates to the use or disclosure of your personal data that is reasonably necessary for purposes of providing products and/or services to you under the Programme.

Pools Membership Renewal

  • When and how do I renew my membership?

    You may renew your membership two months before your current membership expires.

    To renew, you can log in to Membership services via Pools Membership homepage. Select [Renew Membership] and follow on-screen instructions to make payment via PayNow. Upon successful processing, the new expiry date will be displayed on Member's Homepage.

    We accept PayNow and NETS for payment of renewal fees.

    Instructions for NETS payment:

    1. Visit any betting centre (gate admission).

    2. Login via Pools Membership homepage.

    3. Select [Renew Membership]

    4. Show your personal details and membership fee payable on the payment page to our service staff for processing of payment.

Pools Membership Management

  • How do I log in to my membership service?

    Please log in to your membership service with your mobile number and password via the Pools Membership homepage.

  • How do I update my contact information?

    To update your contact information, you can self-service by logging in to Pools Membership homepage. After login, Select [Setting & Preferences] and update your desired contact information.

  • Can I transfer my Pools Membership to someone else?

    Pools Membership is non-transferable. The membership is intended for your personal use only. Misuse of the digital membership card or its associated benefits may lead to the termination or suspension of your membership, as well as the withdrawal of benefits and privileges.

  • Are there any additional fees besides the membership fee?

    There are no additional fees besides the membership fee.

  • How do I report unauthorised use of my digital membership card?

    If your membership card is used by another person, please contact Customer Service immediately at 6786 6688.

  • Can I use my SingPass / NRIC or FIN card for verification as a Pools member?

    Pools Members must present a valid Pools Membership card in person for verification.

  • Can Singapore Pools terminate my membership? Will there be a refund in this case?

    Singapore Pools may suspend and/or terminate your membership immediately, without any refund of the membership fee paid, for events including the following:

    1. you are involved in any bet placement for illegal purposes, suspicious transactions, or other fraudulent or illegal activities;

    2. you are convicted of any criminal offence;

    3. you are declared a bankrupt;

    4. you have been served with an operator exclusion notice by SPPL or a prohibition notice by the Singapore Turf Club;

    5. you are in breach of any of the SPPL House Rules and/or these Terms and Conditions;

    6. you have provided misleading or false information in the application for membership

  • Can I withdraw my membership? Will there be a refund for the unused period?

    You may withdraw your membership at any time by giving 30 days' written notice to Singapore Pools. However, please note that the membership fee paid is non-refundable.

  • How do I check my membership expiry date?

    To check your membership expiry date, simply log in via Pools Membership homepage and view the validity period indicated on member homepage.

  • Will I get a Pools membership card when I sign up?

    A digital card will be issued after successful application and payment. Log in via Pools Membership homepage to view your digital member card.

  • Can I view membership details online? How do I access my digital membership card?

    You may log in with your mobile number and password to view membership details and access your digital member card, via the Pools Membership homepage.

  • Can I request for a physical card?

    Only digital Pools Membership cards will be offered to members.

  • I can't remember if I am a Pools member. How do I check?

    You can log in via Pools Membership homepage with your mobile number and password to see if you have a membership, including your digital member card.

  • Can I use a screenshot of my membership card for verification purpose?

    Yes, you may use a screenshot of your valid membership card with clear details including your name, photo and QR code for verification purpose.

  • I have forgotten my password registered for my Pools Membership. How can I access membership services?

    You can regain access by visiting the Pools Membership homepage and selecting [Forgot Login]. Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new password and access membership services.

  • I did not receive the OTP to log in to my Pools Membership service and unable to complete verification required for venue admission, what should I do?

    If you did not receive the SMS OTP and unable to access your member card, you may use alternative verification (if applicable) such as your mobile number for our staff to retrieve your information for verification.

  • I have changed my name/nationality/FIN/Passport number registered for my Pools Membership. Do I need to update my membership particulars?

    To update your name/nationality/FIN/Passport number, please access membership services via the Pools Membership homepage and submit a [Help] ticket on the menu. Upload an image of your old ID (front and back) and new ID (front and back) showing updated personal particulars.
