Community With A Heart (CWAH) returns this year with a meaningful agenda, aligned with SG60's flagship event – the Heart&Soul Experience. In collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI) and the National Library Board (NLB), CWAH 2025 invites everyone to explore the connections that unite our community through the Windows of Time photobooths.
Each photo taken becomes part of our shared journey into tomorrow, while also supporting charities dedicated to mental wellness. For every photo snapped, Tote Board and Singapore Pools will pledge $1, capped at $500,000, to four charities via Community Chest: Children's Aid Society, Club HEAL, Mindfull Community Limited (formerly Caregivers Alliance Limited), and Singapore Association for Mental Health.
The CWAH campaign rallies Singapore Pools' customers, staff, and the public to join forces for a good cause. Participants can share their heart and soul with loved ones or newfound friends at the photobooths, making each moment meaningful while contributing to mental wellness initiatives.
Taking a photo at the Windows of Time photobooths is free, available from 18 August to 31 December 2025 at the following locations:
- Orchard Central (L1 Atrium) | 9am – 10pm
- Punggol Regional Library | 10am – 9pm
- Jurong Regional Library | 10am – 9pm
- Singapore Pools Building (Lobby) | 8am – 9pm
Snap a photo, spark a change, and support mental wellness charities — one photo at a time. Find out more about Community With A Heart and how you can participate here.
Heart&Soul Experience
Launched by Prime Minister Lawrence Wong, the Heart&Soul Experience offers Singaporeans a glimpse of what the future could look like. As SG60's flagship event, it commemorates Singapore's nation-building journey, giving visitors the opportunity to reflect on our progress and envision our shared future. The immersive experience guides visitors to imagine how we might work, play, and live together in the years ahead, inspiring hope and confidence to continue building a strong and inclusive Singapore beyond SG60.
From the team that brought The Bicentennial Experience and SG50's The Future of Us, Heart&Soul invites visitors to explore how we live, learn, work, play, and care. Through interactive moments and insightful encounters, visitors can discover their place in Singapore's continuing story and contribute to the nation's collective vision for tomorrow.
Admission is free. Book your tickets today at www.heartandsoul.gov.sg.
