If you notice that you or somebody you know may be gambling excessively, call the National Problem Gambling Helpline today at 1800-6-668-668.

Exercise control by applying to exclude yourself from betting via the Singapore Pools Account. Getting yourself excluded is an important step to better manage your gambling behaviour.

With the Self-Exclusion, you will not be able to access your Singapore Pools Account if you are an existing account holder, or open an account if you are not an existing account holder.

Should I Apply for Self-Exclusion?

You may consider Self-Exclusion if:

  • Gambling is stressing your finances, health, or relationships

  • You feel like you are out of control and need a break from gambling

  • You want to take the step to commit to the change to your gambling habits

Take a Self-Assessment Test to better understand your betting behaviour.
