Singapore Pools Is Now Eco-Office Certified

This certificate underscores our commitment to be an environmentally responsible organisation.

We are also glad to lend our support as one of the sponsors of the Singapore Environment Council Conference Day 2017. The conference, 'Ethical Consumerism - Our Responses' held on 13 Oct, provided industry professionals with a deeper understanding of ethical consumerism and how businesses respond to remain sustainable.

Singapore Pools Joins Community of Human Capital Partners

On 10 Oct, Singapore Pools was among 56 companies who joined the Human Capital Partnership (HCP) Programme - a programme that recognises progressive employers who develop staff.

Committed to investing in employees of all ages and at all levels, Singapore Pools' re-employment programme was introduced in Mar 2009, ahead of the enactment of the Retirement and Re-Employment Act in Jan 2012. Our re-employment efforts aim to assist retiring employees to remain economically productive and meaningfully engaged in their golden years. Currently, our oldest employee is 71.

An Open Dialogue To Share International Best Practices In The Areas Of Responsible Gaming

Mr Seah Chin Siong, Chief Executive Officer of Singapore Pools and Co-Chair of the Responsible Gambling Forum helmed by the Ministry of Social and Family Development and the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG), hosted the NCPG International Advisory Panel (IAP) on 7 Nov. It was an open dialogue for Singapore Pools to share on our social safeguards and for us to engage the IAP members on international best practices in the areas of Responsible Gaming and related issues.

Space For Good Causes

On 21 Oct, Singapore Pools provided our venue to Daughters of Tomorrow (a local charity that enables and empowers underprivileged women through confidence-building, skills development and employment channeling) for their meaningful awareness programme - Poverty Simulation Workshop.

We have also availed our venue to Breast Cancer Foundation and National Kidney Foundation in Oct and Nov to help them raise awareness for their causes.

Volunteering With A Heart

On 7 Oct, our iSHINE volunteers visited the elderly residents at the Society for the Aged Sick and gave them a heartwarming Mid-Autumn Festival reunion over lanterns and mooncakes. Our volunteers also filled the hearts of kids from Metta Preschool @ Punggol with a day of imagination, adventure and self-discovery at MOSH! (Sentosa) on 10 Oct.

Availing Our Retail Network To Raise Funds For Good Causes

Singapore Pools is glad to avail our retail network for the sales of RSVP Singapore's donation draw tickets during 2 Oct to 12 Nov. A big thank you to all who have lent your support for the disadvantaged seniors through the tickets purchased. Your support will help RSVP Singapore to continue their efforts in empowering senior volunteers through their various volunteering platforms.
