We are looking for a passionate and professional Officer to join our Customer Engagement team.
Based in Singapore and reporting to the Senior Manager, the incumbent will provide operational and administrative support and assist team members to execute their works effectively and efficiently.

What You'll Do
- You will manage the day-to-day task such as movement of invoices and memos, raising the necessary forms, data entry into SAP system, SMAX, reporting Singapore Pools Account (SPA) numbers accurately and timely.
- You will provide day-to-day operational support in Customer Experience Officer programme operations including monthly deployment, onboarding and related administrative matters.
- You will ensure that staff are supported, able to carry out their work effectively and efficiently, and work is completed on schedule.
- You will provide support in assigned projects and any other projects from time-to-time and ensure that items or services are delivered timely (e.g. Print and deliver red packets & gift packs or Lion dance engagement at retail outlets).
Who You Are
- You have a minimum 'A' Level certification or a diploma from a recognised institution.
- You should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in administration or a related role.
- You should be proficient in MS Office.
- You are a good team player and can work with minimum supervision.
- You possess strong discipline, organizational and interpersonal skills.
