We are looking for a passionate and professional Technical Officer to join our Building and Environmental Services team.
Based in Singapore and reporting into the Senior Executive Officer, Facility Management, the incumbent will organize and execute the repair, maintenance and improvement programs at all Branches, Livewires, OCBs, Ubi Stores and BCP sites within corporate guidelines and budget.

What You'll Do
- You will collaborate with various stake holders to plan and execute all A&A, repairs and maintenance works for all branches, livewires, OCBs, UBI stores and all BCP sites to ensure the business operations continuity.
- You will collaborate with Channels Planning for the A&A works for the branch renewals and new branches, provide technical expertise to ensure that A&A projects are delivered timely, within budget with good safety records and compliance to regulatory requirements.
- You will manage contracts through timely call for quotations, stringent review and evaluation of proposals to ensure getting the best value for all building services, maintenance and renovation works.
- You will submit reports, monitor budget and expenditure, prepare RFP / RFQ / Tender document / EAFS, check invoices and update records to ensure that operating expenditures are within budgets.
- You will assess and manage risks at all workplaces during A&A and comply with prevailing safety and statutory regulations, ensuring the safety of the employees, customers and SPPL assets.
- You will maintain currency on the various technical regulations stipulated by relevant authorities/governing bodies (eg BCA, SCDF) to ensure that Singapore Pools properties do not breach safety regulations.
Who You Are
- You have a Diploma in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering, Building Services & Technology, Estate Management or any related diploma.
- You should have a minimum of 3 years of related working experience.
- You should have knowledge of M&E and Building Services.
- You should have knowledge and/or experience in project management and risk management.
- You should have knowledge of relevant code of practices, standards and legislations.
