How, Where & When to Claim a Prize

Only the holder of a winning ticket is entitled to claim the prize payable on that ticket. A claim made by someone who does not have a winning ticket will not be entertained.

Prizes must be claimed within 180 days (including weekends and public holidays) from the date of the draw or conclusion of event.

When to claim prize

Daily: 10.30am to 6pm.

Where to claim prize

E-Ticket - For prize amounts up to $5,000

For E-Ticket prize amounts up to $5,000, you may request for the claim at our E-Ticket enabled outlets . Each transaction you may claim up to $200,000 with multiple E-Tickets of prize amounts up to $5,000.

Physical Ticket - For prize amounts up to $5,000

E-Ticket and Physical Ticket - For prize amounts above $5,000

Visit our Singapore Pools Main Branch (210 Middle Road) for cheque collection. Available Mondays to Fridays, 8am - 4.30pm, excluding Public Holidays.

Customers with E-Tickets - Send in your claim request before heading down to Singapore Pools Main Branch. Bring along your mobile phone in which your E-Tickets are saved and an original photo identification document (NRIC for Singaporean/PR or passport for foreigners) bearing your name and identification matching that of your bank records and submitted claim request.

Customers with physical tickets - Bring along your winning tickets and an original photo identification document (NRIC for Singaporean/PR or passport for foreigners) bearing your name and identification matching that of your bank records.

Please expect longer waiting times on Mondays and Thursdays due to larger volume of claimants expected.


Unclaimed prizes

Unclaimed prizes (after 180 days, including weekends and public holidays, from the date of the draw or conclusion of event) will be channeled to donations and grants managed by the Tote Board.
