Only the holder of a winning ticket is entitled to claim the prize payable on that ticket. A claim made by someone who does not have a winning ticket will not be entertained.
Prizes must be claimed within 180 days (including weekends and public holidays) from the date of the draw or conclusion of event.
When to claim prize
Lottery bets
From the following day after the draw, during operational hours listed here.
Sports bets
As soon as results are verified.
Horse Racing bets
As soon as results are verified.

Physical Ticket - For prize amounts up to $5,000
For prize amounts $5,000 and below, please click here for the list of outlets available for prize claim. Available payment modes include PayNowNEW or cash collection at any outlet.
Physical Ticket - For prize amounts above $5,000
Customers with physical tickets
Visit any outlet of Singapore Pools for PayNowNEW collection (up to $20,000) or
Singapore Pools Main Branch (210 Middle Road) for PayNowNEW collection (up to $200,000), or cheque collection. Bring along your
winning tickets and an original photo identification document (NRIC for Singaporean/PR or passport for foreigners) bearing your name and
identification matching that of your bank records.
For cheque collection, visit our Singapore Pools Main Branch (210 Middle Road). Available Mondays to Fridays, 8am - 4.30pm, excluding Public Holidays. Please expect longer waiting times on Mondays and Thursdays due to larger volume of claimants expected.
Unclaimed prizes
Unclaimed prizes (after 180 days, including weekends and public holidays, from the date of the draw or conclusion of event) will be channeled to donations and grants managed by the Tote Board.
