How, Where & When to Claim a Prize

Only the holder of a winning ticket is entitled to claim the prize payable on that ticket. A claim made by someone who does not have a winning ticket will not be entertained.

Prizes must be claimed within 180 days (including weekends and public holidays) from the date of the draw or conclusion of event.

When to claim prize

Lottery bets

From the following day after the draw, during operational hours listed here.

Sports and Horse Racing bets

As soon as results are verified.

Where to claim prize

With physical winning tickets, please visit the following locations to claim your prize:

For prize claims via PayNow (NRIC/FIN linked account) or PayNow (NRIC/FIN linked account) via GIRO^New, please bring along:

1. Winning ticket(s); and

2. Original photo identification document (NRIC for Singaporean/PR or passport for foreigners), bearing your name and identification details matching that of your bank records.

Note: For PayNow (NRIC/FIN linked account) via GIRO^New arrangement, the prize amount will be credited directly to your registered PayNow bank account within the next 2 banking days.

Operating Hours of Singapore Pools Main Branch (210 Middle Road):
Mondays to Fridays, 8.00am - 5.00pm (excluding Public Holidays)

Note: Please expect longer waiting times on Mondays and Thursdays due to higher volume of claimants.

Unclaimed prizes

Unclaimed prizes (after 180 days, including weekends and public holidays, from the date of the draw or conclusion of event) will be channeled to donations and grants managed by the Tote Board.
