Understanding PayNow: linking your NRIC

PayNow is a convenient cashless method that allows customers to make bet payment and prize claim in Singapore Pools.

For prize claim via PayNow, you will need to link your NRIC to PayNow. PayNow Mobile number-linked account will not be accepted. You can register for PayNow NRIC-linked account if you have a bank account with the following participating banks in Singapore.

  • Bank of China

  • CIMB

  • Citibank

  • DBS Bank / POSB

  • HSBC

  • ICBC

  • Maybank

  • OCBC

  • RHB Bank

  • Standard Chartered Bank

  • UOB

You may refer to your respective bank's website for specific details on how to link your NRIC to PayNow. If you do not have internet or mobile banking, you can contact your bank directly to register for PayNow NRIC-linked account.

Bet placement and prize claim outlets

From Aug 2024 onward, you can visit any of branch, Livewire, or off-course betting venue of Singapore Pools to make a bet payment and claim a prize via PayNow. This will be rolled out progressively to authorised retailers.
